Back from a week in Venice with Vertigo!

Easy session at the Farm planned tonight.
Friday 23rd November.
Weighed in at a heavy 119.35kg.

Squat.

1 x 130

1 x 150
3 x 125
Just getting used to bending the knees again, all squats were effectively paused at the bottom!

Bench.

Wrist is still very painful, I'm not sure it's ever going to get better over 8 months now.

It's been a while!
So after X-Rays, blood tests and consultations i'm told my wrist problem is caused by Osteoarthritis. The consultant tells me that there will be bad days and not so bad days but that it will never get any better! Consequently my competitive days are probably over. Withdrew from the British team for the Euro Masters. Fcuk it.

I've not trained much since the British in October due to work & holidays and pain, first night back at the Farm since mid December.
Weighed in at a fat and definitely unfit 121.35kg.

Squat.

All felt heavy.

Bench
Close Grip with the aid of Ibrupofen and Voltarol.
