Weighed in at 119.60kg. Squat. 2 x 5 x 20 5 x 60 4 x 100 3 x 120 2 x 135 1 x 147.5 1 x 157.5 1 x 167.5 Felt heavy but never in doubt. Bench. 12 x 20 7 x 60 4 x 80 2 x 100 1 x 110 1 x 117.5 1 x 120 Failed to lock out on right. 3 x 105 5 x 95 Strange, the 117.5 was comfortable but at 120 the dodgy right shoulder gave up. Deadlift. 5 x 80 4 x 120 2 x 160 1 x 185 1 x 200 3 x 160 The 200 was tough but there might be a little more there. So a 485 total during a training session, not bad all things considered. No plans to compete this year, a lack of training plus the osteoarthritis are not condusive to competitive lifting. | ||
