Say anything you want, no one reads this s**t anymore without squats or deadlifts.... and why would they, bench is s**t. I might stop doing that as well.

i wasnt criticising, if only id said 'with all due respect'...
just become a bench specialist and get it done with, your obviously never going tho make it as a squatter or god forbid a deadlifter

Bodybuilder Leg Session!

Leg Extensions! 5 sets of 10!
Hamstring Curls! 5 sets of 10!
Calf Raisees! 5 sets of 10!

giving up on squats, gotta train legs somehow.... one last idea before I shut the door on squats, and effectively any powerlifting comps for a while.... partial squats in the rack...

may just possibly be a range of motion related pain....if half squats still hurt then I'm f**ked. I'll give deadlift a go too, thats usually not so bad, even though at first that was worse than squats by a long shot :s confused.com

Not back, left glute/hamstring. I'm a bench only guy now....through some cruel twist of fate. Getting good at bench though! lol
