Have to agree, it's good for both of us, it's good for British Powerlifting, and it would be great to lift in front of a packed room.

275 kg x 1 - struggled for depth, lost shape, bit s**t

290kg x 1 - really deep, managed to get a really nice bounce at the bottom which flung me back up before i knew what was going on...must try replicate this more often

Todays Lesson - Go down slow, squat suit doesn't stretch, forces you into weird position to get more depth.

Go down fast, squat suit stretches more allowing you to keep your shape, snaps back more forcefully.

I'm still pretty s**t in equipment and have a lot to learn...

Cheers Ben! It's slowly coming along....











Learnt a few things in the last few weeks of this cycle. Going to do things differently regarding timing of getting back in equipment next cycle, and definitely going to try to keep pushing my unequipped squats up instead of dropping it altogether in favour of learning the equipment again.
