No problem mate, although I am officially known as 'Big Rob' (or 'Fat Rob') after weighing 107.5 on Andy's scales and then reaching the zenith of 108.4 right before bed.

4-5 weeks of speed deads from the floor now, then a cycle with them off platforms I think. Dropped back on the squats a bit and increasing reps to 10.
