thanks dude,decant sesh....i thought aswel,couldnt train yest,but i wouldnt have gone far,didnt have enough plates to anyway lol....u training next week? im going away sunday,but planning a warehouse sesh on way up like?

Struggled with deads today,200kg for 3 was my max,felt realy heavy...didn't wana push it so switched to speeds...happy with squats,aint don squats for 3weeks tidy,stil upto 230kg...cardio is defo helping my recovery...

Dont push the deads too much now this close to comp, just work on your speed and assistance and it should come together on the day.

yea mate,normaly 200kg woouldnt be 3 rep max,but today it felt heavy,thats why i switched to speeds,wish i don speeds from start now!squats were heavy but didnt burn me out,i had 250kg there today easy lol.....dont think iv over done it....well lets hope not.....2days rest now,then last events on sunday....any suggestions
