Had a decent,consistent week…Nothing crazy but an ok bench mark..
I have 4 training weeks until meet day so the plan will be 2 more weeks of reverse band/over load work to just stimulate cns ,not destroy it…
I’ll drop the bands for last two weeks but keep training the same

2 weeks prep remaining … Some areas were consistency has lacked… The remaining two weeks I’ll move about and hit the main lifts as normal with some assistance then I may try the 4th to use as my assistance day.. Change things up at least
