Lazy Stones were horrid and felt ridiculously heavy… Tacky was s**t and had,wasn’t playable at all and was coming off in clumps even tho it was worked in - ish 6 weeks out…strength is good but I need to get fit and better prepared… I know it will be there in 6 weeks! | ||

Yoke 12+12m 180 x24m 230 x24m 280 x24m Moved well.. 320 x12m This was left after someone else so had a pop… solid run Husa bag / floor pick up - 10m turns 120 x60m More in the tank Stone over yoke 80 x3 Tacky 120 x1 / 100 x5 120 x1 / 100 x3 These stones were s**te….Dusty as f**k ,failed loads so left it.. not worth risking injury This prep hasn’t been the best..Strength is there but events are rusty and recovery is horrific lol… Got a solid 3 weeks to touch up on things | ||
