Cheers Paul!! I'm just finding it really hard to keep my weight down might as well eat a bit more and compete at a more natural weight for me.

Sounds good to me your lifts and training should improve a fair but with no calorie restriction

As for my diet all I can say is its boring but got a good little team if guys helping me out with it 3 bodybuilders who do this all the time so can ask for help every step of the way

140x15 some kinda pb

Very happy with today's session didn't know what to expect as I've been feeling really sore in my inner thighs after sumo deads on friday . 190x2 felt easier than 180 and then just wanted to see how many I could do with 140 so no doubt legs will be in pieces tomorrow.

Haha cheers kit tbh don't know why I did it sometimes I just do random s**t in all honesty I could have done 20 but it felt like I was under the bar for ages and got bored.

Well happy with this all reps were paused but the second rep was paused even longer so 145 double was very tasty.

Nice session today glad it was bench as my legs are all kinds a f**ked up from yesterday.

Explosive Pause Squats

120x3 long pause very explosive tonight

Steady session tonight legs still killing from Sundays squats so was happy with tonights numbers 190 single was probably the easiest its ever felt.

The plan is treble at 190 then work towards hitting 200 for a double would be nice.

Think a double at 200 is on the cards now mate if you just did singles after 140/150 maybe....but its good u know theres more than one way to skin a cat, as long as your reps are increasing at 170-190 then you know your max is going up.

Good benching too mate!

Cheers Jim. I agree with u about the double at 200. But gonna keep running wendlers off 90% and eventually it will get to a double at 200 even after all the work prior. See u have some big goals this year mate be ace getting to Florida.

The weights are looking bigger though already mate so its working, good how wendlers sneaks lifts up, you look back after a few months and it ends up looking impressive the progress lol.

Yeh think il need my total nearer to 680 if im honest Scott, a few have gone GPC so not sure how many will come out of the woodwork for the BPU qualifier come september time, prob be at 100kg too as can't see me cutting to 90 unless im around 93kg or so, i get irritable dieting lol

Haha tell me about it buddy why do u think I'm going up to 83 don't think the misses can deal with my attitude in the build up to another comp at 74.
