Haha yeah getting some leg gainz so when I'm in my singlet at the classic with my fake tan on. I'm my legs are gonna look like a road map.

Been on mornings last 2 days so felt tired coming in tonight. However loads of power tonight in my legs. Felt like I could rep 160 all day plus the high bar squats are starting to feel really good.

I have the same problem, was talking to Mick Hunnam at the YNE push pull and he told me to spend 6 weeks pulling everything from a 4" box as it forces you to keep your hips low and drive them through.

Cheers buddy I will definitely give this a try maybe 3 sets of 5 twice a week from a 4" deficit will help me.

Felt so easy today. Sumo is improving every week now.

Nice session today really happy with my sumo pulling at the moment.

Left it there bench felt terrible tonight been doing my kitchen all day so I'm blaming that rest day tomorrow as my body feels beat up. Had a go with Titan ram after the 140 but still felt s**t so called it a day. Pissed off.

Good session today all done in an hour didn't have much time for assistance so just thought I would see how many I can do 150 high bar. Try and build on this next week.

145xfail terrible set up panicked and didn't even get tight

After that I kicked a few things around had a serious word with myself which basically said stop being a Dick and overthinking everything. YOU KNOW HOW TO BENCH JUST DO IT.

2" board press

Well happy just got under the bar got tight as possible and pressed the s**t out of every rep.

Rope pushdowns/face pulls superset

195x2 1/2 just missed lockout as my callus ripped off.

Good session tonight find it hard to deadlift after a high set squat session but managed to grind them out.

160x6 for 6 sets BOOM felt so strong on squats tonight every rep felt fast none of them were grinders.

Bench

All reps were paused plan was to do doubles with both reps paused upto 130 but felt good so did a single at 140 and felt very easy. Bench is back up to standard.

Narrow grip bench

100x12 reps burnout set for a laugh.

Form seems to be improving slow off the floor but easier to lock out happy with today especially after last nights squats. Started some sumo speed pulls but f**ked them off as my legs were pretty much finished.

SLDL

170x5 t+g nice and easy.
