f**king hope so mate !! 230x1 last week , 200x3 week before and 220x2 this week all off deficits should give me at least 240 I reckon but I'm just over half way through a 10 week program so gonna run it all and see what treasure awaits me at the end.

Raw squats

207.5x1 new pb flew up faster than 200
212.5xfail only had a go as the 207.5 felt easy not a bad attempt but could tell my legs were gone on the way down.

Pause squats (3 sec pause)

180x2 default pb.

Well happy with a new pb especially as went out Friday night didn't get in till gone 4am so was still feeling like s**t this morning, squats are slowly slowly creeping up.

Start of a new peaking program for upcoming comp all reps were easy and with long pauses. However after I had finished felt proper sick and dizzy either not used to the volume or still hungover from Friday.

Conventional deadlifts

225x1 + fail 2nd rep

These felt horrible from the start had no energy after bench felt sick throughout. Pissed off as I know this should have flew up after the 220x2 deficit on Friday. That pissed off I'm going back tomorrow to try again.

That pissed off with yesterdays deadlifts I got up this morning had a massive breakfast 2 paracetemol and a can of monster by the time I got to the gym i was ready to snap a Olympic bar in half.

Amazing what a difference a day makes. 225x2 today absolutely flew I could have done 3 if my program had said so. Put me in a good mood all day after being a grumpy bas***d yesterday.

Cheers kit!! Was a good job that deadlift platform was free when I got to the gym yesterday I was ready to tear s**t up haha.

Yeah I reckon so mate not sure in the way I expected though they are making me even more explosive off the floor which is improving my lockout due to the acceleration. I reckon in the next block of training deficit stiff legs will be my assistance.

f**k me deadlifts are flying 207.5x2 Sumo was a piece of piss and the 235 deficit is more than I've ever even pulled off the floor happy as f**k with this weeks work especially on deadlifts.
