Raw squats Bar x lots 60x5 80x5 100x3 120x2 140x1 160x1 180x1 200x1 212.5x1 new pb and 1kg over the 74kg British record Pause squat ( 3 sec pause ) 205x1 pb possible the biggest grinder I've ever done. Another pb on squat and above the current British record just need to lose a couple of kg bow and do it in 4 weeks time. Amazed how easy it felt too be honest much easier squat than the 210 last week. | ||

Member 3850, 516 posts SQ 212.5, BP 157.5, DL 240610.0 kgs @ 76kgs UnEq | 10/3/14 Paused bench Bar x lots 60x5 80x5 105x1 115x1 125x1 135x1 145x1 150x1 All very easy with long pauses 135,145 and 150 are my planned lifts for next comp so just feeling them out all felt very explosive Block presses 160x1 to 1" block 170x1 to 2" block 180xfail 2" block pissed off with this as 170 felt so easy had a bit of a high load and bar felt heavy in my hands. Nice session all weights felt very explosive except the 180 which pissed me off as judging on 170 it should have sailed up. | ||

Cheers Adam been a long time coming that squat I think there is more there just gotta keep working. Bench is starting to come back after having biceps tendonitis back end of last year. | ||

Thinking that fresh there is more there. | ||
