Grip Work At The Grip Factory Happy

2HP/Two Hand Pinch
Did warm up sets then worked up to a single on 100kg...attempted three times and the 3rd attempt was by far the best set as i got it up despite the sloppyish technique (hence first time using this bit of fun kit)

Nail Bending (in bending wraps)
Bent three different type of nails, first time trying this also really enjoyed it and boy oh boy was my forearms wasted after this!

One Hand 2" Thick Handled Lift
Cant remember the weights lifted but the event itself was very fun, similar to rolling thunder but non revolving handle and less stress on thumb & more stress on fingers.

Other highlights included:
-Lifting the baby inch (felt easy),
-Failing the inch (felt very hard & impossible),
-Attempting to close #3 gripper...nearly still along way to go!,
-Davids performance on the 2HP, reps on #3 gripper & lifting the inch with additional weight attached!,
-Elizabeth hub lifting a 20kg plate!
-Collecting my Tombstone!...freaky pinching ability here i comeHappy

The nail bending was VERY fun & intresting being that it was first time trying it. Funnily enough it required alot of energy to bend the nails and after i did so my forearms & wrists was totally exhausted...ill bring the 3 nails i used on Saturday to the gym tomorrow to show you how much i managed to bend them! Cool

Thanks Neil, grip training has been going well due to adding new exercises to my routine & just been consistent.....really looking forward to tonights gym session as my mitts are fresh and all blisters have healed!

Speaking of moving big numbers, i feel i must focus on my bench a little more again as im not lifting/progressing as much as id like...i put that down to focusing on the bigger lifts (squats/deadlifts) recently to increase my all round strength.
