Upped the GM's weight to 40kgs by doing this mentally I have made a huge step in my progress 40kg use to hurt and how it doesn't Grin, I'll stick with this weight until I go away and the two weeks off will be good and set me up for more progressing, plus I was blowing hard with this weight at 50 reps. 
Squats, bench all felt fine and positive, going to do 3x3 then 3x5 and 3x7 this week to build some volume in on the bench.   
Left the halted deadlift out tonight didn't feel like doing them.
