So last Friday I had Deadlifts which were all triples at 265 / 272.5 / 280 / 280 / 280 / 280

that was followed by some touch and go bench which was 5's at 147.5 / 152.5 / 157.5

Today was squat and bench.

For squat I worked up to an RPE 7 single at 260 followed by 4's at 252.5 / 242.5 / 235

Bench I worked up to an RPE 7 single at 167.5 (which flew) followed by 4's at 162.5 / 157.5 / 152.5

Some overhead to finish.

Current projected 1RMs are 291/188/327 which will increase.

Video shows 260 single, 252.5 x 4 and 167.5 single.

Benched on Thursday which didn't go as planned. Shoulders are stupidly tight recently and it's giving me all sorts of weird referred pain and nerve impingement meaning whilst I have little discomfort benching I can spend up to 10 minutes after a set with slightly numb/weak arms and shooting pains which sucks...

Anyway.. hit some touch and go bench triples at 157.5 / 162.5 / 167.5

Followed up by red slingshot triples at 170 / 175 / 180 then ran out of time.

Deadlift day today

Deadlift: 290 x 1 / 280 x 4 / 272.5 x 4 / 262.5 x 4 (done to the musical prowess of Kenny Loggins)

SSB Front Squat: 160 x 8 / 167.5 x 8 / 175 x 8

Snatch Grip SLDL 190 x 5 / 195 x 5 / 200 x 5
