Haven't been this light for a long long time. Body composition and strength so much better than the last time I was 20st that's for sure. Coping well with the psychology of it all which is great, helps loads that I've found a diet that really works for me and I don't have to feel like I'm punishing myself. Starting to understand that whilst I can see myself getting smaller, the vast majority of the weight im dropping is bad weight anyway. Feeling a lot less of a fat c**t round the waist and my legs/triceps/shoulders are starting to come through more obvious now. Very excited to see what another month brings, January has been great, solid progress with no f**king around and decent strength retention. February should see me hit 125kg at least. Enjoying been able to do other stuff as well now like Pullups and just been a bit more 'athletic' in general. Refeed tomorrow, fill those muscles back up and enjoy pizza with the boys | ||

Takeaway pepperoni pizza, large chicken kebab, onion rings with 2 bottles of local brewed ale, then on way home got 2 double cheeseburgers from mcD's, chicken pasta meal deal from tesco and washed down with 4 cans of Bud. 2kg heavier this morning as to be expected from so much food but hopefully it won't hold me back for long, need a good feed once in a while. | ||

The mental refeed where you go to town on what you want, and the performance refeed which is usually more controlled and carb based to ensure optimal hormonal responses are triggered to keep progress flowing. Both however play huge parts in this style of dieting and help tremendously. Good to see you making good progress though mate. | ||
