All the boys worked hard tonight. there was a little battle going on between Pascal and Liam. JC is looking stronger than ever on the squats and Dave pulled 300 0n the thick bar!
The fronties felt fairly good tonight and the 20 rep sets were fun. Hopefully these will bear fruit in the end. They are f**kin awful really!

Strong fronties mate and those 20 reppers were cardio nothing more. Even the 20th rep you were firing up like it was nothing!

I could feel it a tiny bit towards the end of the 1 st set with 145 but after that it was ok just legs and back pumped like f**k and feeling a bit green after the last set!
