MONDAY 5/1/09 1st session for 2 weeks and 1st pressing session for about a month. CLEAN AND PUSH PRESS (AXLE) 5x70kgs 5x70 5x95 5x105 3x115 NARROW GRIP BENCH PRESS 10X60 5X80 5X100 5X120 X3 SETS ROPE CRUNCHES 3 SETS OF 15 (WEIGHT FAIRLY HEAVY) | ||

Probably stick to strongman for the moment a least untill I get accustomed to most the s man events anyway.I seemed to have shocked the system somewhat with the change in training/exercises ect.Hopefully start going forward from now on. | ||

![]() Weird injury specialist - now with funny groin Member 283, 1648 posts | Forgot about the grip/forearm work on monday.Pork pie's rigged up a good old fashioned wrist roller. We did 3 sets of these upto 50kgs made harder cause the bar we used was bent,forgot how effective these are.My hands and forearms were f**king brutalised after these. | ||
