Thanks fella's.I'm enjoying training more now I can see some real progress here and there.Still going to take my time with the deadlifts,I don't want to reverse the rehab.It's the lack of pressing power that I'm a bit worried about right now.

Left bicep pulling slightly so played it safe and left back work alone!

Felt a bit lazy tonight.I hope my biceps not going to become a hinderance.Could feel it pulling slightly on farmers last wk end and the previous week doing the farmers holds.I didn't feel anything on the stones though?JC did an easy looking 115 clean + strict press.

I could see how you could hurt your wrists as the wt gets heavier and fatigue sets in.Wrists don't feel to bad so far it's just odd pulls and tweaks at the moment(biceps + upper back).

can i ask are you coming back from a back injury? with your deadlift creeping back up?

Yes mate.It's a problem with my sacroilliac joints.It flares up from time to time.I've been seeing an osteopath for last few months and it does seem much better.I found I could do partial dlifts and front squats without any problem so stayed with them for a few weeks and that helped also.

kinda in the same boat, but i have an imbalance in my core, plus shortened hamstrings and hip flexors. so hoping the physio stuff will help cure the problem.
