Felt a bit lethargic today and a bit battered from seeing Pascal (osteopath).Well recommended treatment but not really advisable to train day after.

I've had a few Pascal batterings as well! Nice to see your log here, Mick.

Thanks mate.Glad to start training stones again!Need lots of work on everything at the moment.Log isn't to good right now.I started making fairly good progress last year until injuring the elbowUnhappy .I think I can get it beyond my previous PB fairly quickly if I can train it consistently.

Very good first session back Mick.

Log isn't too far away from where you were and as you say you should sail past your pb's pretty quickly anyway.

Not sure about flying, but it certainly felt quicker than usual.Your'e right about the yoke Millsy,I probably need to use the same tecnique.I really need to sort my yoke out.Shawn mentioned it's going to be a staple event this year instead of farmers.I'd prefare farmers anyday!

Mate I sat it week in week out, but you are getting faster every time I see you. Thought the farmers runs on Saturday were very quick indeed Grin

Log will be back up to 130+ in no tome too
