Some of the little exercises should help to strengthen any weak muscles we might have.A chain is only as strong as it's weakest link.I'm always looking at ways I can prevent injury which is the most common problem that holds us all back. | ||

Did ab work(crunches ect) at home. Trained with trapman tonight.We're just beggining to find our way with the continentals.I was a bit disapointed with my cleans,but haven't been consistent in training them, so it's probably no wonder.Hopefully get 160 and beyond soon on the continentals.Tried them off the ample belly succesfully for 1 st time,Dam hard!Beat my best time on rower by 3 secs, so were'nt a bad session all in all. ![]() | ||
