By the way Dia, looking very strong on the bench last night 3 x 180 with possibly another 2 reps there at this stage of you're training!!(lets face it you've only just started back recently)

DEADLIFTS

1st time from regular height for 2-3 months.I really kept my fingers crossed my back would hold up and everything seems okHappy

Just going to try to increase wt gradually over next few weeks.Weights today on the deadlifts was very easy!!

2 SETS LEG CURLS (RUNNING OUT OF TIME)

ROWER 500 M IN 1 MIN 29!

Fairly good session all round.JC looking strong on the b squat using knee wraps for 1 st time + Pork pie looking strong despite the dozy txxt forgeting his squat boots again!

I am going to put my squatting boots in my bag today Mick - that's the second time in a row I've forgotten them.

Deadlifts were a piece of piss - we'll go up to 260'ish next week all being well.

I think it's got to be on for you Dia!Might stick to a cautious approach for a few sessions then throw caution to the wind.Still, just glad to be deadlifting again!
