LOG PRESS 5 X 70 5 X 70 5 X 80 3 X 100 4 X 110 4 X 115 7 X 100 YOKE 160 X 40M 250 X 20M 300 X 20 1 DROP 300 X 20 VERY SLOW AND WT FEELING HEAVY Very much an uninspiring session today.Wasn't really up for it from the start.Curiously going sideways on the yoke aswell?(over to right) Log press was an improvement on previous weeks so happy about that.Didnt want to risk doing farmers or stones because of pain in my left bicep(I had a partial tear last yr so have to be cautious.) ![]() | ||

![]() Weird injury specialist - now with funny groin Member 283, 1648 posts | Trained with Dia and JC tonight.Dia cranked out an easy triple with 305 on the squat,whilst JC did a comfortable double with 225 on the squat and 255 on the deadlift. FRONT SQUATS 5 X 115 3 X 155 3 X 185 1 X 215 1 X 225 2 X 195 I was told this was 155 by JC so got the f**king shock of my life when I went down with it.(Had 45kg plates on so confused the s**t out of everybody LOL.) DEADLIFTS 5 X 105 5 X 145 2 X 185 2 X 225 5 X 275 Weights feeling good.Way in front of target so might apply the brakes a little next week! ![]() Ran out of time to do rowing or abs.Did some crunches and back rehab exercises at home.Tried one of the exercises which "thing" posted a bit back.Seemed to hit muscles I didn't know were there! | ||
