Thanks Neil.I've had a tilt in my hips probably around 8 yrs ago now.Does it go hand in hand with sacroilliac injuries?

Very much an uninspiring session today.Wasn't really up for it from the start.Curiously going sideways on the yoke aswell?(over to right)
Log press was an improvement on previous weeks so happy about that.Didnt want to risk doing farmers or stones because of pain in my left bicep(I had a partial tear last yr so have to be cautious.)

we all have sessions like that, but i would give the stones a miss for a week or two as i found them very hard on the biceps

I'll take the advice Neil.It's better missing a couple of weeks on some events than taking the risk.

Nice log work mate, 115x4 is strong! Good to see you were sensible with the bicep. Would probably give shrugs and the likes a miss this week too, anything likely to put more strain on the injury!

Thanks fella's.Benchings never been good but is progressing a bit now.Only 15 kgs off my best narrow grip triple so hopefully take it past that in the coming months.Viking press is getting stronger aswell,but still the lockouts always a grinder once the wt gets heavier!

Just about shoulder width(20" approx).I don't think it would be of any advantage to go narrower,added pressure on wrists ect.

Trained with Dia and JC tonight.Dia cranked out an easy triple with 305 on the squat,whilst JC did a comfortable double with 225 on the squat and 255 on the deadlift.

FRONT SQUATS

1 X 225
2 X 195 I was told this was 155 by JC so got the f**king shock of my life when I went down with it.(Had 45kg plates on so confused the s**t out of everybody LOL.)

DEADLIFTS

2 X 225
5 X 275 Weights feeling good.Way in front of target so might apply the brakes a little next week!Happy
Ran out of time to do rowing or abs.Did some crunches and back rehab exercises at home.Tried one of the exercises which "thing" posted a bit back.Seemed to hit muscles I didn't know were there!
