Wanking or the wrist roller?Grin It certainly works the grip and the forearms give out totally after a few sets.Nice to hear from you anyway Jim,hope the pec's healing well.

Yeah, it's nasty stuff! Sub 1.20 is getting pretty quick; about 40% more power than you're putting in at the moment. Definitely doable though. Start off using about 3/4 slide and then shorten to 1/2 slide and go nuts on the rating when you start to gas. Dunno if you're doing that already. I'll stop s**tting up a lifting thread with rowing machine chat now!

Thanks Ste.Not sure of exact wt in the hands.There was 160 in plates + wt of machine.It wouldn't be anywhere near 160 in the hands I wouldn't think.

It's one of the old type rowers,not sure how to adjust but I'll ask.The gym owner says this one's harder than the other newer ones but I've yet to find out for myself.

Happy how tonight went.235kgs was a PB on the front squat,felt fairly comfortable but almost lost the bar.Didn't intend going so heavy on deadlift but felt like I was skiving leaving it at 235.
