Events with Ben, though after training heavy quite often this week I didn't know what I was gonna be up to doing...

Yoke

10m x 180kg
10m x 230kg - not bad really, I felt like I was moving reasonably fast.
5m x 270kg - felt heavy today, but I reckon I can do 10m (slowly) when rested. Will make sure I don't train next Friday and try and gain speed and better control with 270kg.
2 x 10m x 230kg - was a couple of drops on the last run due to tiredness. Thighs have been shot since I did leg press the other night for some reason...gonna keep leg press in as it must be doing something...

Messed about with duck walk for a while, handle wasn't ideal but I did a couple of 10m runs with 140kg and found it awkward as hell...felt really tired as well from high intensity this week, so left it there. Day off tomorrow, may have a go at reps with 220kg deadlift next thursday to (a) get a PB for Shane Grin and (b) see if I can get more than one in the scots u90s comp...

Felt tired out today, due to training lots of heavy dayd last week, beer last night and low food intake prior to training. I'm currently doing the sofa-surfing thing as well as our lease ran out on our flat before the easter break and for 6 weeks I've been crashing here there and everywhere due to my flatmates wanting to go abroad for summer so we aren't getting a new lease...not ideal but f**k it! Kind girls willing to share a bed in return for pleasure are everywhere up here :P

Nice PB deadlift, first conventional deadlifts for months after the SLDL deficit and rack pull work, also I felt knackered and stiff today and thought it was gonna be a s**t session...can't wait to pull when I'm feeling good and am back in the groove for conventional deads!
