Well pleased with the 18" PB, looking to work up to 300kg at this height and work the speed off the floor to try and get my regular deadlift up up up this year! Happy

Thanks Happy For sure, Im gonna do some pressing and speed squats tomorrow so the grip is fresh for farmers, though Im not gonna be going up to 140kg (edit: not like I could just do 140kg farmers at the mo anyway...) as my hand is so torn up I had to use straps for the deads and cleans tonight Unhappy

Looking forward to yoke though! Grin

aye matey, all's well at the moment thanks, I'm champing at the bit for the under 90s this year. After putting all this effort into getting up to the level for the unit 20 I'm hoping for a couple of decent days out at u90 level Happy
