Next time it will be easy 14" Deadlifts 3 x 100kg 3 x 140kg 3 x 180kg 3 x 210kg 1 x 220kg f x 230kg - not long enough rest! 1 x 230kg 18" Deadlifts 3 x 230kg 3 x 250kg 3 x 260kg f x 280kg 1 x 270kg PB - just about locked it out and left hand grip went, taking 3 callouses with it CGBP 3 x 80kg 1 x 100kg - grip felt dodgy due to bleeding holes so I left it there for tonight Well pleased with the 18" PB, looking to work up to 300kg at this height and work the speed off the floor to try and get my regular deadlift up up up this year! | ||

Push Press 5 x bar 5 x 40kg 5 x 60kg 3 x 80kg 3 x 90kg 3 x 100kg Triceps and shoulders felt tired so stopped pressing at this point. 15" Deadlifts 5 x 110kg 5 x 150kg 3 x 190kg 3 x 210kg 1 x 220kg 1 x 230kg f x 230kg 5 x 1 x 210kg Bent Over Rows 5 x 60kg 5 x 80kg 5 x 90kg 5 x 100kg 5 x 110kg Hammer Curls 5 x 22.5kg e.h. 5 x 25kg e.h. 5 x 27.5kg e.h. 5 x 30kg e.h. 5 x 32.5kg e.h. Reverse Grip EZ Bar Curls 5 x 30kg + bar 4 x 5 x 40kg + bar Machine Concentration Curls 5 x 30kg e.h. 3 x 5 x 35kg e.h. 3 x 35kg e.h. Nice and steady session today, took my time and got plenty of rest inbetween the squats and pulls, enjoyed it fully as usual! | ||

I was tempted to do fronties at the end but didn't want to overdo things really so I will do them tomorrow instead. | ||
