enjoys the odd fag Member 563, 1029 posts SQ 210, BP 125, DL 230565.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | Did a bit of messing with a dumbbell over the weekend, nothing major, shoulders feel sore from lying on them all night, need to stop sleeping on my side Tue 1st Mar Powercleans and strict press (1 clean per set) 5 x 40kg 5 x 60kg 5 x 65kg 3 x 70kg Powercleans 5 x 70kg 3 x 90kg 3 x 95kg 3 x 100kg rep PB 14" Deadlifts 3 x 110kg 3 x 150kg 3 x 190kg 3 x 210kg 3 x 1 x 220kg Bench 15 x 40kg 10 x 60kg 5 x 90kg 3 x 100kg 1 x 110kg Rack lockouts 3 x 130kg 3 x 140kg Bottom Up Bench (from sticking point - about 2" off chest) 3 x 5 x 100kg Bent Over Rows 5 x 70kg underhand grip 5 x 90kg underhand grip 3 x 5 x 100kg (first two sets underhand, last set overhand) Felt good today, nice few days of taking it easy has helped. Squats tomorrow though at 10am so not sure how that will go...also more .clean practice for technique, maybe a cheeky snatch or two as well, who knows | ||

Clean to Front Squats (In an attempt to learn a full oly clean rather than powercleaning everything 5 x 40kg 5 x 70kg 3 x 80kg f x 90kg twice...first attempt I caught it and overbalanced, falling backwards 2nd attempt I lost it forwards and ended up on my knees after catching it ~heheh 5 x 3 x 70kg Felt like a proper oly clean by the end of these sets at 70kg, gonna keep doing these as it feels like doing these are teaching me to get under the bar quickly. Jerk tekkers next :P | ||

My training partner is the same as you with the coffee.I get him a double ristretto before squats on a Tuesday. Seems to make him stronger. It must be doing the same thing to you lol. | ||
