Yoke 10m x 130kg 8x 10m x 210kg 10m x 270kg Farmers Hold 90kg x 3 x some time Axle Squats 5 x axle 5 x 93kg 3 x 133kg 1 x 153kg then 2nd rep axle slipped off my back... Axle Push Press 5 x axle slow and strict 5 x 93kg Dumbbell OH press Left arm just did some at around 20kg to rehab Right arm did 5 x 40kg 1 x 50kg 3 x 50kg 2 x 5 x 50kg Felt knackered today, stiff and aching all over but need the event practice so it had to be done. Hung around at the end to get some tips off the big boys, watched Ken nail 78kg circus dumbbell as well which was pretty cool. (Not mentioning the fact that Ben phoned to say he had tweaked his back and so I went back to bed, then he text saying basically where are you you lazy bas***d so I HAD to go ) | ||

I think theres a few going up there to watch if you're interested, I can't go as I'm working tomorrow. | ||

Gonna take a day off tomorrow as I feel right royally f**ked just now. | ||

Been to Results a few times in 09, too, but joined the Sports Village permanently because it's cheaper, which is important to me because I'm a skint student. Plus, the SV has more squat racks and platforms. Apparently Results has got all new equipment now, though. What's it like? | ||
