I have significant muscle soreness in my hamstrings today and I'm blaming the stiff legged deadlifts for this.

I am also finding it difficult to walk due to intense calf soreness as, in a moment of pure vanity, decided to do 4 sets of 15 of heavy calf raises at the end of yesterday's workout.

Haha yes. I've felt the urge to 'like' things on sugden before but have either done nothing or replied with 'like it' or 'love it'. Not the same.

We should petition big boss Rob to work his magic.
