Cheers lads,
Woke up this morning and can hardly walk, I felt a pop in my right foot on about the third tire flip, and it's really painfully now, so prob want be doing any lower body stuff for next few weeks, was thinking a lot last night about weather to have another crack at it, I think my performance was good yesterday considering my current level of strength, am just not happy with only been strong enough for 3 reps on the deadlift, so am still going to have 4 months of no heavy squats, hopefully if specialist will agree to some more injections as well, and al smash my sl deadlift at the same time,
I have a few goals I still want
The main is to win the northern qualify
Top 3 at esm
And to pull 300 kg
So am going to go balls out next year, I wasn't prepared for yesterday, I dint have much prep time with injury but even so my training was lazy
So al be back for 1 more crack at it
