Need to tweek routine a bit back can't take deadlifting heavy twice a week

Been thinking about my training last night, I still like the max, speed and rep effort in each session, but going to change it so I have a leg, back and press day, hopefully this won't put too much pressure on the knee and will give my back a bit more time to rest between sessions

Training will now look like:

Leg day
Back squat (box)
5-150
3-170
2-190

Speed pause
100 x2 -8 sets

Leg press
2x8-10

Press day
Flat bench
5-110
3-120
2-130

Incline bench speed
80-2x8 sets

Strict press
70-8,8

Back day
Deadlift
220-3x3

Speed deficit
120-2x8 sets

18 inch deads or trap bar deads - 8 rep max

Then an events day

Hopefully deads will progress again
