Great fitness work mate. Looks like you are enjoying your training, and even though we enjoy going to the gym it does not have to revolve entirely around strength stuff.

Cos I couldn't do 5, and no mate, there's a grappling vid on fb somewhere but it just training, won't be having a proper fight for at least 12 months

They are mate, those complexes nearly killed me, keeping training like this for a couple of month, may throw in the odd heavy session to keep ticking over
