We have 2 Hammer power racks with loads of plates. DBs to 50kg, KBs to 32kg, Slam Balls to 15kg, Concept 2s, Thick handled DB, Log, T Bar row thingy. Only thing you cant do is oly stuff as that has done the floor in. Deads are ok though. You are welcome any time. We are only round the corner from where they are doing the Yorkshires this year. Iam down on Sunday 9-2 if you fancy it.

Divided to put some strength training back into my sessions
Doing cube method for the next 10 weeks

Wk 1 this week

Monday
Deadlift 2 inch deficit
185 - 2reps 5sets 80%max

Tuesday
Speed strict 60 %
60kg 3 reps 8 sets

Saturday
Squats rep day
125 kg x12 reps

Plus assistance, grappling and some fitness stuff
