Member 3986, 10449 posts SQ 340, BP 200, DL 400940.0 kgs @ 129kgs Eq | I used to have press up competitions all the time at boxing and at school, it was amazing how competitive everyone got! I would start with a number that is fairly easy let's say 20 for example. I'd do 20 twice in one day then each day add 2 reps, so 22,24 etc until you can't manage those. At that point I'd drop back down to about 10 before the failure point and work back up again only adding 1 rep each day. You can supplement this with additional sets of 15 or so throughout the day. | ||
