If you wanted to do 100 press ups in 1 go , how would you go about training for it?

sets of 10 until I could do 10 x 10 ...then sets of 20

Ive had to do 100 before during my military career. I was about 40 kilos lighter back then tho. im not sure how i achieved it other then increased volume each day.
It worked for me but the above comment seems more sensible then what they had us doing.

I reckon I could do 10x10 fairly comfortably, and would you do it everyday , i'm thinking volume is going to be the key.

Depending how many you can do now will decide how many reps and sets you'll do.

I could do 100 in my teens. I cannot say I used a structured training plan to do it. I do know that once I could do 3-4 sets of 50 I could do 100.

I'd do a total of 100 reps in as few sets as possible. Repeated daily / every other day until you hit 100 in one go.

ive just always wanted to be able to do it , when i was a teenager I remember sitting in the corner in the local pub we could get served in and talking in awe about some lad at my mates school who could do 100 press ups , I guess i'm still in awe.

I still think its a reasonably impressive achievement

trouble is ED , even in the 'top position' your tits will still be touching the floor.

I can probably do 50 or so maybe a few more on a good day , i reckon I'll start with sets of 20
