I was about 40 kilos lighter back then tho. im not sure how i achieved it other then increased volume each day. It worked for me but the above comment seems more sensible then what they had us doing. | ||

I could do 100 in my teens. I cannot say I used a structured training plan to do it. I do know that once I could do 3-4 sets of 50 I could do 100. | ||
