Lack of training posted lately, nothing exciting going on atm tho really jus working on my fitness and fatness a bit more.
No heavy deadlifts for a bit cos of something not right in my back :/

In the last few sessions (amongst other things) ive done -

Squat 140kg x 5 belt only.
Push press 80kg x 3 then 85kg x 3
Bench press 115kg 2 sets of 3
Strict press 80kg.
16kg kb swings x 60.
