blowing out of my arse on the rowing , i reckon i can get those times down quite a bit as i get fitter

Thanks Dan mate , i'd like to deadlift 200k at least one more time before i pack it all in and head off to the knackers yard !

Holy s**t that's a massive bench ! Congratulations that must be the biggest ever bench in the uk at that bodyweight . And congratulations on not dying as well!

Grin good to hear i am not the only one , I've got an idea for how to set up some eccentrics to a bench which is where i'm going to have to start , the only question is how high the bench will have to be.

tonight : 3x 25 tibialis raises
3x30 bodyweight split squats
10 minutes walking backwards on the eliptical
tried some squats but they were hurting my knees too much so binned them an i'm going to leave them for a while and focus on the knee rehab
15 kg kettlebell swings 2 sets of 3 minutes 147 set1 132 set2 mixed of singe and double arm

3 3minute rounds on the heavy bag
5 minutes walking backwards on the eliptical

tried to do some Nordics discovered i can't will have to work out a way to do some partials

100 reps of shoulder rehab
dumbell tricep extensions 10kx20 12.5k x10/10
Bor 60kx15 80kx8/8
wide grip chins 5/5/5

7 rounds of 3mins moving between the heavy bag and the double under ball with 30 second rests , absolutely bolloxed after that !
long rest then 5 mins of walking backwards on the eliptical with the resistance maxed out

anhyoo Ned , I have recently started doing the cold shower 'therapy' and its making me think i might clean out my old faithfull blue wheelie bin as i really felt the benefit from THE COLD PLUNGE ... are you still enjoying ?

cant remember if i told you that i passed my class 1 wagon driving , they are f**king massive and i am 100% not grow up enough for this level of responsibility.

Mate the world is very weird place and i have absolutely no doubt that somewhere someone would be into wanking over a 50 yer old man with psoriasis plaques on his torso , i never want to meet this person though!

I hired a massive iveco van recently to pick some bifold doors up in and reversing that into a parking space in tesco's scared the f**king s**te out of me so i can only imagine what an HGV might be like , I guess one of the un talked about benefits of Brexit is that they are finally having to pay you boys what you are worth , down here i've heard of 50 grand a year and a 5 grand signing on fee for hgv drivers.

I'm still doing the cold showers and ice baths and i'm still loving it , and wild swimming is even more betterer ! swam in the Thames on new years day and it was fantastic!
My christmas present this year was a whim hoff fundamentals course so i'll see if i've been doing it right I'm only doing the backwars wlk for the old knee rehab as its starting to become a problem at work but i'll have a look at those other ones and see if there's a benefit .

thank Dan , all my training is going to be geared to feeling fitter and less stiff and old from now on .

ive had quite a lot of knee pain over the last 4 or 5 years and its been particularly bad in the last 3 or 4 months or so . over christmas i decided to do something about it and after some you tube research i discovered "knees over toes guy" so tonights work out was based on his introduction to reversing knee pain.

started with 5 minutes of walking backwards holding a 7.5k kettlebell
2x25 tibialis raises
2x25 atg split squats (these need some work on the form)

3x3 minute rounds on the over under bag that took bout 25 minutes , i'll keep adding to it till i.m doing around 45 minutes work
