Mr Will I read nearly all the logs apart from Dudders, I am afraid to click on it and find nothing there.

ah thankyou , i used to do this occasionally, it's noticeably harder

16kg kettlebell press slow tempo 8/8/8 each arm
assisted pistol squat 4/4/4/4 each leg

circuit of 10 slow tempo press ups, 10 kettlebell swings each arm,10 kettlebell snatches each arm, 10 kettlebell goblet squats 20 situps , 3 rounds no rest between sets.

pistols are possibly the hardest exercise i have ever done , i did them hanging onto the door handle and on my left leg it felt like i was pretty much hauling myself up by my arms hopefully practice will improve this.

"we have had an offer substantially over the asking price"

Have they?

Sealed bids are also wank.

Auctions are best.

yes i have no love for estate agents , f**k knows whether its true or not but we couldn't go any higher anyway , i figure now has to be the top of the market so anyone offering above the asking price is a mad c**t . If they don't extend the stamp duty moratorium i think a lot of sales could end up falling through.

what do we think of this? are they being melodramatic or are they hitting the nail on the head , personally i think they are on the money.

I think you're getting ahead of yourself or conflating two separate things. There's a Federal investigation about nursing home deaths, and it is known that Cuomo fudged the numbers, but he hasn't lied to Federal prosecutors about it (yet?).
He's been taking a lot of heat from his own party over his handling of the pandemic

yes apologies in my haste to slag Cuomo off i mixed up the 2 parts of the story , should have said federal administrators and in fairness rather than lying i probably should have said deliberately misled . I wonder if he will give his Emmy award for leadership back
now.
this covers it pretty well:

interesting to see what's coming out about Cuomo covering up the actual death rate in New York nursing homes , i wonder if msnbc and cnn would have given Trunp such an easy ride for lying to Federal prosecutors . I wonder if it will affect the sales of his book .
The more i observe American politics the more dirty it seems , and when you look at our government handing out contracts to their mates you wonder if it isn't any better here and if it is better how long will it be before it's just as dirty a game here.

What do folk think of this? Study with participants deliberately being exposed to Covid.

My first instinct is itís courageous of the volunteers and to be applauded, but I havenít thought about it much

four and a half grand is a lot of money ,unless you get seriously ill or die from it

Anyone who thinks different are welcome to their opinions and should be allowed to keep posting them regardless.

The caveat for removal should only be to stop any legal implications.

Happy posting.
