I have been trying to do something like throw some kettlebells around a couple of times a week and do a bit of fencing which us fun too.


much the same myself , Fencing sounds like fun ( i presume you mean swords not fence posts which doesn't sound like fun) i keep thinking i should do more kettlebells myself , i also think i should do more stretching but i never do . Good to hear you're still at it !

feeling old and tired and my knees hurt hopefully it'll pass .
