Post Edited: 30.05.2014 @ 16:29 PM by AdamC Sling shot is a very handy tool for extra bench workDont buy one of the cheap s**tty knock offs though, most of them are poor quality As your bench is low dont use a sling shot in place of a benching session yet, but use it for some assiatance work Best 2 ways of using a sling shot are 1 - to overload the weight 2 - to do more reps on a weight for example a weight you normally fail at 3 reps you could do 6 with a slinghot) If you get one, buy it from reach fitness | |||
