Thanks Adam,
With squat depth - I know the 140 was high, is the 105 too high also? I wear sleeves, I have had a few issues from rugby in the past, they help keep'em nice and warm!
I have started training with a paused bench - don't have a recent video yet..
As for feds, no idea - I am planning to lift raw or unequipped - well those are my thoughts at this early stage!
Thanks for the input

was a bit tricky to tell cos of the rack supports, but i'd say they were probably also a bit high

Form looked okay on all lifts

I'm no sumo expert, but you may find keeping a straighter back helps, it may not, it looks pretty similar to how i sumo

squats need to be deeper, were those knee wraps youi were wearing?

bench looks okay, need to learn to bench with a pause though

What fed you looking to compete in? are you going to be a lifting unequipped?

phil said:Thanks Guys for the info, i am about to have this arm brace off and then i suppose i have to take some of what they say and start things myself, So how long did yours take to feel fully fit them Mark ? Terry is it as strong now as before ?
When you guys deadlifted did you have to change your grip around also, it was the underhand that went, not to sure if i should change it around now for the future, the hook is out due to short fingers and fat hands

Boarski the video is on the thread lol

Phil, the guy who owned the last gym i was at torn his bicep, not sure how badly it was, had some serious bruising to it but he was still able to heavy bench and deadlift pretty much a couple weeks after doing it!

Sky is reportedly shutting down Bravo and Channel One as part of a major shakeup of the Living TV Group.

According to media reports, Sky has decided to focus all of its attention on the Living TV channel portfolio and gameshow network Challenge.

The satellite broadcaster yesterday completed its £160m acquisition of the Living TV Group, previously Virgin Media Television, after the Office Of Fair Trading cleared the deal.

Sky is understood to have opted to scrap long-running cable channel Bravo because it serves a similar demographic to Sky1, but without the same audience reach or prestige.

The firm has decided to retain Living TV because it gives a vital foothold in a female market after Sky shut down the Sky Real Lives channels last month.

Living TV's programming budget will be increased by 25% to enable the broadcaster to build on its recent successes, including a two-year deal with Katie Price.

Sophie Turner Laing, Sky's managing director of entertainment, news and broadcast operations, said: "Content is at the heart of Sky's strategy. Living is already one of the best pay-TV channels around and is obviously a great fit with our existing channels like Sky1.

"There is so much potential for further development and we intend to increase on-screen investment in Living by around a quarter as part of our expanded channel portfolio. This is a big part of our plans to bring customers great content from channel brands that really cut through."

Channel One, which was rebranded from Virgin1 in August, was deemed to be too similar to Sky3, which is already available on the Freeview platform.

Sky intends to "redeploy" Channel One's programming to its other channels and move Challenge to its slot on Freeview.

except we're equipped lifters, gonna be a bit awkward to put on a pair of trackys when we're in very tight knee wraps and suits
