double ply super katana or if you can find one an overkill

but if you've never used a shirt before go with a single ply super katana, as a double ply will be very hard to use

chest and shoulders were really tight couldnt set up well on first few sets but seemed to loosen up enough to egt some work done

bench with 40kg chains added about 25-30 at lockout and maybe 10 at chest

You can go up or down in ABPU -

I asked recently for a lifter i was coaching and was it confirmed by A/BPU that you would have to enter at whatever class you qualified at, but could compete in what class you weighed in at as long as you had hit the QT for that class

felt horrible, have bloated up a bit too much and suit was too tight. also forgot my deadlift shoes so used my chucks and they didnt feel right lol

conv these are kinda speed reps/ kinda form work as ive struggled with a good start position on conv for years

deadlifts 17/7/17

wasnt well last week so took the week off still not feeling too great and was way too f**king hot yesterday so didnt do anything special.

adjusted deadlift cycling slightly changing my raw beltless day to sets of 5s instead of 3s to get a bit more volume in

need to work on technique more, have got into a bad habit of not pulling my hips in towards bar so working on that
