double ply super katana or if you can find one an overkill but if you've never used a shirt before go with a single ply super katana, as a double ply will be very hard to use | |||

You can go up or down in ABPU - I asked recently for a lifter i was coaching and was it confirmed by A/BPU that you would have to enter at whatever class you qualified at, but could compete in what class you weighed in at as long as you had hit the QT for that class | |||

Post Edited: 01.08.2017 @ 09:21 AM by AdamC deadlifts 31.7.17not been able to train much due to health but deadlifted today and just did what i could sumo 60x5 60x5 100x5 140x3 180x3 suit on straps down 180x3 220x3 240x3 260x3 felt horrible, have bloated up a bit too much and suit was too tight. also forgot my deadlift shoes so used my chucks and they didnt feel right lol conv these are kinda speed reps/ kinda form work as ive struggled with a good start position on conv for years 140x3 140x3 140x3 140x3 140x3 140x3 140x3 box deadlifts - first time trying these, after watching a louie simmons video on them decided to try them to help improve start position for sumo - these were svage on the shins! 60x3 80x3 100x3 100x3 100x3 100x3 bent over rows 60x8 80x8 100x8 100x8 bicep work. left it at that as felt rough and had tweaked hip and it was getting too painfull | |||
