finally hit 260kg, been after it for a while but got sidelined with injurys and illness.

Only second session back in shirt after not training for 2 months due to injury

Was a bit crap but came up. Single ply super katana

I've got a double ply shirt on order from them. taking a very long time, thier customer service isnt very good.

buy used kit if you can, you'll get it a lot sooner

My gym had a SS power bar that snapped similar to that when someone was squatting 140 or 160 on it. those bars felt awefull too. they got replaced with TPB's

hit a raw pb last week of 190kg, was a grinder, but it was after a easy 185kg pb and a failed 192.5kg attempt

i rarely go for 1rm's on raw bench

texas deadlift bar is slightly thinner and longer i believe, making it flex more
