Looked nice and easy that 300 mate, straps down too. Does that equal your biggest pull?

the suited squats were all high, but i was working on getting used to handling heavy weights again and breaking in the new suit.

my squat technique also needs a lot of work

tweaked my lower back on last set so pretty much left it at that

Hi Adam. Great bench numbers. Hoe does the Metal Jack compare to Sk and Rage X? Assuming it's single ply... And nearly gold. Happy

The metal jack is triple ply

I haven't really given it much of a go its a too tight on the arms to get seated right and it would take far too much weight to get a touch and really try it out. I'll be switching to multiply only after April, but will probably go back to either my triple ply titan assassin shirt, or a double ply super katana

only used a Rage X a couple times about 4 years ago, not much of a fan of Inzer

Imo for ipf legal single ply the super katana is unbeatable
