haven't trained much over the last couple weeks due to starting new job and not being too well

changed my program a bit and added in a new day today to do shoulders and some other bits

Thumbless def helps, i used to have loads of elbow pain when using a full grip. have had significantly less since switching to thumbless

also try to keep elbows as far under the bar as you can

I've been using mainly chest supported rows, machine seated rows and cable seated rows. sets of 10 mostly but also some really heavy sets of 5 or less

seems to have helped a lot

Kustom kit have a guy who can do alterations

Same guy who does all Craig Coombs kit so knows his stuff
