bleeding in the eye

my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320 720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq	after squating equipped on sunday (with long pauses in the hole) my eyes have become more and more bloodshot. i am in no pain i just very evil anyone had this before ? should i be worried ?

Member 926, 100 posts	I got this before i woke up one morning and my wife looked at me in dread the whites of my eyes had gone red. I went to an optomatrist and they said it was just burst blood vessels that where a result of extreme pressure on my body much like someone gettin a nose bleed. This is just a weekness in an area some people also get small lines too. Its a good sign

Red Bull is banned in netball Member 799, 1484 posts	Ive got a black eye on the right side and a red eye on the left, from squatting at the same comp mate. To be fair, I had an eye infection in the right and it was a bit swelled up anyway, so the effect of the blood vessels popping is more pronounced in the lids as well as the eye, hence the shiner!
