My goal was 2 or 3 reps. I got 4 !! and i had room for 1 more! I did 4 just to raise my estimated 1RM!

Squat
-----
50x1
90x1
130x1
160x4 Grin ( Yeeahhh Buddyyyy! This gives an estimated of 175kg 1RM ! Yeehaaaa! )

MMmmhh... i didnt felt so warmed up, i should had done a few more reps with 50kg...
I did this an hour after i woke up, so i was kinda sleepy. Embarassed

I did every rep in a moderated speed, because knowing that i was not %100 warmed up i didnt wanted to go all crazy on speed and pull something on my back.

Squat
-----
50x5
90x2
100x3x8 ( nice and easy )

Today it was everything too easy. I mean, yes, it was heavy my last set, but my heart rate didn't raise as usual. I ended up feeling like if i had never started the workout... i might try 180kg today in a few hours... MIGHT... idk, mabe...

Squat
-----
50x3
90x2
130x2
150x2
170x2 Grin ( nice, i wanted 3 but 2 is ok. I lost balance on the last rep Embarassed )

-Form takes a beating when i raise the intensity, but if you see closer you will see myself correcting my knees-

haha for my point of view, everyday is diferent, intensity change, form change a little (experimenting), max attempts change, speed change...

Loving your strength evolution chart! That's some glorious input right there!

THanks, my idea is to be consistent and get 1 or 2 years on that chart so i can somehow see a pattern of my body's cycles over the year. I think that everybody has natural cycles over the year where you are stronger some months and weaker others...

I generally get stronger in October - November (if my calculations are correct) in my case this is Summer time by that moment.

That's a very interesting study you're doing. I'll be following it.

Not happy, i feel angry, frustrated. I will lower the intensity for a few days, my goals are going to be 150kg for 7 reps, or 160 for 5.

Starting to feel pain in the lower back and right knee. Caused probably for my HORRIBLE form on these last few max attempts this past few days.

Concusion: pains comes from bad form, it's impossible to have pains using good form. I will stop squating over 160kg for a few days.

Squat
-----
50 x 3
90 x 1
130 x 1
150 x 1
160 x 4.5 ( improve in the sense that i felt like going for a 5 )

Nice progress on squats but i must say your PB says 185??

Do you think if you had not squatted 185 in the past your progress would be so quick?

IMO you are just regaining the strength you once had quickly..... I think it will slow around the 180 mark, interested to see tbh could keep going up who knows??

Also, how are you feeling? Are you legs aching all the time?

Yes i think that the progress is fast because i´m walking a road i already walked before. Once i get to 180kg progress WILL slow and mabe plateau for a while. Right now i´m starting to feel the progress slowing down.

Legs feels fine, no pain at all. They feel warm most of the time, like if i was redy to squat at any moment.
