I find reading different views on training interesting and I find your vids entertaining... just a question though... you say you just kept squatting the 190kg then eventually one day it went but it appears you are wearing differnt (new?) knee sleeves when you finally got it, could it not be the case that you kept failing until you put them on, they gave you a little extra and nailed an ugly PB 1RM?

Also, if this training is so effective why are you now failing 140kg x 2 reps?

Not pulling you down as you are clearly very strong in relation to your bodyweight, I am genuinely interested.

Boring workout, energy levels where medium and i didn't wanted to push myself too hard. I did what i had to do and nothing else.

Idk about the knee sleeves... that is something i thought many times. THat's why now i train with any assistance.

I'm failing now because i dont squat more than 1 time a week since almost 2 or 3 months. When you get used to squatting a lot going from 4 to 2 or even 1 time a week is like detraining. I got used to squatting a lot.

Right now i lost my balance, i was on a steady progress and then because of many personal things i lost focus and lost myself, you know what i'm talking about?

I was on a groove, and lost it, now i'm trying to recover it, but it will take some time, a few weeks or even months.

I'm argentinian, i learned english watching movies and video games (everything is in english) and i learn some french from School (very little, i didnt payed much attention lol)

Cheers for that. Is English widely spoken there Pablo? I also didnt realise that people from so many different countries settled there.

Today i become angry again. I want to start a journey to the guts of the beast, start the hell ride to pain and suffering! Today it was day 1, DAMN! it felt good, like the good old Smolov Days :P where you feel like you gonna die but you keep pushing.

the 31DaySquat journey has begun! Will i make it? I have no idea, all i know is that i really need this kind of training now, i want to fight against myself.
