cool, ive seen people put partials up on the net claiming them to be squats so i'd like to see what u call 'crap' squats as your form is usually very good. Happy

Yeah, I know the feeling. It is horrible. Still I think the workouts on these days have an effect too. Psychologically it is never fun though. It can tear down motivation too when it lasts. But what can we do except keep fighting?

I'm feeling like if i was about to lose strength, i dont feel motivated, but i will do something diferent this time, instead of deloading, i will keep the weights the same, but i will drop some reps to something that feels confortable untill the rain stops.

Idk if i'm getting weaker or my last squat workouts were too intense and im just not revered from that. In any case, i will do that, drop 1 or 2 reps and try to not fall too much down in the curve.
