YOu can totally squat ~%70 of you 1RM no problem. And if you cant is just because you are not used to it, but it's totally posible. Olympic lifters train 7 days a week 2 times a day with their %90+ RM. I'm doing it and i only eat 2 times a day on average, and i feel fine. | ||
