Nah you are a bull man! you find hard to squat twice a week because you do a lot of volume with a lot of weight. YOu can totally squat ~%70 of you 1RM no problem. And if you cant is just because you are not used to it, but it's totally posible.

Olympic lifters train 7 days a week 2 times a day with their %90+ RM.
I'm doing it and i only eat 2 times a day on average, and i feel fine.

I woke up today feeling very very tierd, i didn´t wanted to train at all. But f**k it, if you train when you feel good you will never get strong. So i loaded the bar and started the workout.

It´s raining, and i love raining days!! When ppl sleep, i train!

Well, today after my AM session i thought that mabe i should skip my PM session and rest till tomorrow... that mabe i was pushing myself too hard... but then i thought:

Happy -f**k THAT!, I'LL REST WHEN I SLEEP! YEHHAaaa!!... mabe only to 150kg...-

...but after i did it, it was so easy that i thought:

Tongue - well... ok, 160kg and i'm done YEEEHAAA!!!-

...but it was fuking easy also... so i thought:

Grin - mmhh... 165kg... mhh... f**k it, 170kg AND FOR THE GLORY! HAAAGGGRrrr-

Form was weird... but fast.
So far i feel great, YES i feel tierd, YES sometimes i dont want to train, BUT i do it anyways, WHY? Just for the fun of it!

Once again, i woke up with no energy, i didn't wanted to train today, but It's Not Supposed to be Easy. No one force us to do this, we chose this way of life. We live with pains, soreness, fatigue, it's part of what we do!

Anyway, this was an abuse, 3rd workout of the day, s**t! i went too far. But i wanted to do a heavy attempt or some kind of heavy weight for reps on a fatigued state, idk why, but anyway, i did it.

I will try a max in a few hours, or 160 for 2 or 3 reps. Idk, it will depends on how i feel.

And for the ppl thinking that this is easy because the weight is light, please remember, this is EVERYDAY training! my current max is at 170kg i started this program with a 150kg max! 20kg improve in 7 days!

You are hardcore! I like to train everyday but it's usually something different each day. Looks like your still making progress even though your knackered.
